How to buy

Surfing in the categories and sub-categories of the site you can identify any item you are interested in. We suggest you use also the search engine of the site to be helped in the research of specific items by entering for example the code of the article, if known, or to be helped  in the research of item groups. For  example entering the diction "FS" in the research field you will extract all the items of the FS Italian Railways present in the site, or entering the diction "DB" you will extract all the items of the DB German Railways and so on like suggested in the help table.

1. Once you have identified the items you are interested in, you can send an order in the following ways:
   a) you can send us an e-mail to grampaxsrl@gmail.com
   b) you can send us a fax to +39 0331 245555
   c) you can send us an order on-line through our site as follows: with a simple click you can add the desired item in your cart and than end the order or continue the purchases; once you have completed the order you can send it with a simple click indicating also (if known) your preferences about the shipment and  payment.
   

   Please note: if you are sending an order for the first time, the site will ask you to register in, this request has the only  purpose of  obtaining  your correct data in order for you not to have  to key them in again supposing  you have the  occasion of a further later purchase. As you have  completed "once" this simple  operation,  you can send us your order. In case you do not want to register in our site, you can easily send the order with one of the ways above listed (paragraphs: a - b - c)

2. After having  received  your order, we check the actual availability of the items and we   then  reply confirming  the order.  In it we will indicate what follows: total number of available items, postal cost or different postal costs depending on the possible ways of shipment, eventual costs for insurance and the different ways for payment.
3. within 5 working days, you must proceed with the payment sending us a note once it has been  performed.
4. within the third working day dating from the receipt of your payment we proceed with the shipment or your order in the agreed ways.
